  • What’s the difference between classic and chunky yarn?
    Classic yarn is a thinner yarn and best for longer names or smaller details. Chunky is in the name and awesome for flowers!
  • What if I'm not local to drop off denim jacket?
    You have the option to ship the jacket to me - whether direct from a store of your choosing, or from yourself personally (at customer's expense). Sourcing the jacket for you is also available. Contact to discuss.
  • What kind of add-on designs are available?
    Small add on design options: heart, flower, sun, rainbow, anchor, butterfly, bee, & leaf. Contact to discuss other ideas.
  • How much is a custom design?
    Custom designs vary in price and are based on the size, details, and time it will take to create. Contact if you have an idea and I'd be happy to quote a custom design.
  • Help! I can't choose what colour(s) of yarn I want.
    It can be overwhelming choosing which colours will look good together. Don't fret, I'm happy to help. Send me an email to discuss or just include that you would like to provide full creative freedom in your order notes.
  • I placed an order and now I want to change my sweater and/or yarn selection.
    Unfortunately due to my creation process and the customization of a garment once an order has been paid you cannot change the sweater colour or yarn. These selections are final. If you're unsure of what you'd like I'd be happy to make recommendations prior to order/payment. There may be an instance when you choose a yarn and I reach out to you to provide an alternate recommendation.
  • How long is turn around time?
    Typical turnaround time is 4-6 weeks but may be longer during the holidays months. I keep updated turn around times posted at the top of my website homepage. You can also always contact me directly. Please be aware that shipping time is in addition to the turnaround time, and is usually 7-10 business days.
  • Can I provide you with my own garment to embroider?
    If you have something special that you would like me to embroider please reach out to me and include photos of the item. Certain garments are better to work with then others and I can let you know if it is possible.
  • Do you offer local pickup?
    Yes! I actually encourage local pickup whenever possible. To opt for local pickup (LaSalle, ON), select this as the "shipping" method during your checkout. A pickup address will be provided to you when you're notified that your order is ready.
  • Where do you ship to?
    I currently only ship within Canada.
  • How do I return my item?
    Due to the nature of the product, all custom items are non-refundable. If you have any issues with your order you can contact me at asoupcreations@gmail.com.
  • What if my item is damaged or incorrect?
    I ask that upon receiving your order you inspect it. Contact me immediately if there are any issues.
